Castle Wood Cottages wants you, our guests, to feel welcome and appreciated. In return, we ask that you respect our policies.

CANCELLATIONS or BOOKING CHANGES MADE TO A CONFIRMED RESERVATION
(Booking changes include room location and/or reservation dates)

A processing fee of $50.00 per reserved night will be charged for cancellations or booking changes received 15 days or more prior to a holiday booking. There is no refund for cancellations or booking changes received 14 days or less prior to a holiday booking. A processing fee of $50.00 per reserved night will be charged for cancellations or booking changes received 7 days or more prior to a non-holiday booking. There is no refund for cancellations or booking changes received 6 days or less prior to a non-holiday booking.

No-shows will be charged full fee for all days booked.

PETS
No pets are allowed in any of the Castle Wood theme cottages.

VISITORS
As per city code, we ask that you do not allow visitors into your unit. This may pose a violation of occupancy, established by the city. At the time of your reservation, either online or by telephone, you are asked to state the number of people in your party. You will not be able to reserve a unit if you exceed the occupancy of that unit. Please note all of our theme cabins have a maximum occupancy of 2 persons only.

SMOKING
Smoking is not allowed inside any of our theme cottages.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT / MAID SERVICE
Check-in time is 4 p.m. Check-out time is 11 a.m. Maid service is available at our theme cottages between the hours of 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. You must leave your maid service tag on the outside of the door to receive maid service.
